Honor your loved one with this hand-crafted Urn made in the tradition of fine American craftsmen. The Urn is made from 134 pieces of hand selected, premium hardwood. Each layer is comprised of 12 segments to enhance the color and grain of the wood. Do not be misled by imitation, factory made urns that are just boards stacked on each other. Each segment is chosen and assembled by hand to give the Urn movement and character. The wood is sourced from the Appalachian Mountains of the Eastern United States or premium exotics from South American and Europe. This can be an heirloom piece of art to be passed down to generations in remembrance of your families treasured loved one.

Beautiful in the etsy picture, but not quite as gorgeous in person. If it will be displayed with a high intensity light directed at it, it will be as beautiful as pictured. In regular ol' house lights, it is very pretty, but the details and various shades of the blue are more flat. The lid is excellent. The sizing. is accurate. It is lovely and well made and ships well protected and quickly.
