Proposal Boxes

Please contact me before placing an order with custom personalization for your proposal or ring bearer box. We can gauge whether or not it will fit correctly and give you the proper option price to choose from.

If you chose to not contact me, and still type a custom message to personalize your box, I cannot guarantee this message will be used or fit.

Bouquets

If you have a custom bouquet in mind (i.e. brooches, book pages, custom sheet music, etc.) please contact me beforehand. I am always happy to create a new option for brides to have the perfect bouquet.

If you want a specific color, or two colors, please contact me beforehand. Everything is an option!

If care instructions are needed, they will be included with their particular items when shipped!

Due to the nature of our custom items, I have a no return policy.

We are all human, and mistakes and changes happen! If an item needs to be exchanged or returned, please contact me first. When we come to an agreement, I will promptly send a new item given:

1. The original item is shipped back within seven days.
2. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

The cost of shipping will be determined per order. If the fault is my own, we will reimburse the cost of the return shipping. If the fault or change is your doing, the shipping cost will be covered by you.

Every bride deserves the best wedding! I have the ability to take split orders, or payments on orders.

If you have a large order, but cannot afford the entire order at once, please feel free to message me. We can work out a payment method that works for you.

If I'm not messaged beforehand, and you choose to order pieces at a time, I cannot guarantee quality control, as I get my materials from my suppliers at different times. If I am contacted, I can put materials aside for your order to guarantee each piece matches!

Sometimes you find something you fall in love with, and it just won't be created on time for your event!

Please ALWAYS message me first through the Etsy platform when a rush order needs to be placed. If I am not messaged beforehand, I CANNOT guarantee rush shipping and your box will be shipped out in the usual guesstimated time frame.

Please do not just write the date in the "Notes to Seller section" and only choose standard 2-9 day shipping if you need a rush order. I can set you up with the correct timing, dates and shipping to get your order to you as soon as I am able!

We have a lot of questions for our proposal boxes!

You chose a specific personalization option, but the order still wants you to type an answer. Type the option you chose. i.e. Option 1, Option 4.

The proposal box can be a bit hard to open upon arrival. This happens to due to the fluctuations of humidity and temperature while in transit. Unfortunately, due to the wood naturally expanding, I have no control over this. Simply take a gentle tool (guitar pick, plastic screwdriver, etc.) and gently open to prevent damaging the box. Once opened, you should not have anymore issues! If you cannot get your box open, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I like to keep my personal and work life separate for my family and sanity!

Phone Calls/Texting

I do not contact anyone via phone or text. Please do not provide a phone number in your order. Etsy messaging is the easiest and best way to contact me!

E-Mail

I only check my e-mail twice a day. If you choose to e-mail me instead of sending a message directly through Etsy, I cannot guarantee an immediate response.

Hours

I try to only work on orders Monday through Friday. If you message me on the weekend, I always try to respond quickly and efficiently, though it may take me until Monday to form a response.
