How to order your printed graduation cap topper:

PROCESS:
Ordering: fill out all of the details in the personalization section. Please note that florals/design may not be altered. Only the text and background color may be customized.

Digital proof: If you choose a proof you will receive the design in 1-3 business days via Etsy messages. You can make 2 revisions to the design with no additional cost. If you do not reply to the message containing the proof within 3 business days it will be shipped as is.

Processing time: No proof 1-3 business days. With proof 3-5 business days.

Shipping: All orders ship via USPS in a rigid mailer. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Standard mail 3-5 business days. Priority mail 2-3 business days. Express mail 1-2 business days.

Processing time + shipping = when you will receive your cap topper. We are not responsible for shipping delays.

ABOUT YOUR GRAD CAP TOPPER:
This is a printed graduation cap topper with custom hand lettering by the shop owner - Leanne. No fonts are used.

It measures 9.5 x 9.5 inches. Please let us know if you need a different size.

It is printed on thick matte cardstock. Please handle with clean, dry hands to avoid fingerprints or scratches.

The topper has a hole in the middle measuring 0.875 inches. Please let us know if you need another size.

Your topper will arrive with adhesive tape on the back to attach to your graduation cap.

I am not responsible for orders after they have shipped. If you haven't received your order and it is marked as 'delivered' or it looks like it is stuck halfway, please contact your local USPS office. They should be able to look up its last location and find it. Unfortunately there isn't anything I can doafter they receive it. You will have to submit a claim with the post office to be refunded if your item does not arrive. Items with tracking info are insured through usps.
