This is a test linocut print in the first black ink edition.
In this little print, "Bear Mountain", the Queen of the hills strolls in a snowy, moonlit trail.
Every lino print is hand pulled, so there will NEVER be two exactly the same, but the block has since been altered and no other print will ever look like those in the test run.

The Appalachian Mountains are a part of me. I come from generations of hillfolk, and while I've lived on astonishingly flat land for years, the mountains and valleys of Appalachia always feel like I'm "back home".
If you know the magic of the oldest mountains in the world, there's a peace that washes over you as you rise in elevation. I hope this little print brings some of that peace and magic (as well as the powerful restorative energy of the bear) into your space.

Printed on 5" x 7" yasutomo paper, the image size is 4" x 6" and will fit into any standard 5x7 frame.
Print does not come with frame.
