Orders will be shipped by recorded delivery by Royal Mail unless stated otherwise (some accessories will be shipped by non-recorded mail).

All items are made to order so please allow up to 6-10 weeks from the date of the payment (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank holidays) before shipping (Except during and after August Summer holiday, October and Christmas period. We will be closed from 24th Dec to 1st Jan and will be open from 2nd Jan).
If you order more than 2 items in a single transaction, please note it may take longer than 6-10 weeks. Please contact us before ordering if you need to know how long it may take in this case. If you order before or during holiday period please contact us for the estimated lead time as most of businesses close during this time which affect our production. However, if you require the item by a certain date, please contact us first to see if we can process your order urgently.


Custom designs and Made to measure orders will take longer than 6-10 weeks as it is necessary to discuss and confirm the measurements and design details. Please check with us in advance if you need the garments by certain date.
We cannot be held liable for any delay of the postal service and courier service in any case.

Note for customers outside UK
We are not liable for the import tax/charges that may occur at the custom in your country. Please check the rules in your country and let us know there is any special instruction/requirements on custom declaration form.

Sizes

There is a standard Size chart available in each listing (see the last picture).
Please measure your Bust (measured without bra at the highest point), Waist, Hips (the widest part of bottom) and compare them to the ones in the chart. If you are in between sizes, please contact us to see if you can have the outfit made for your measurements.


Latex care note

Latex (especially light coloured ones) is extremely sensitive to make up/paint or metal. Both could stain latex for good and especially any contact with metal could stain latex for good very quickly so be careful of the body jewellery (if you have one, remove AND cover it with plasters), handbag parts, metal chairs etc.


To wear the latex garments, you will need plenty of talcum powder or latex safe lubricant (if it says safe to use with condom then it’s safe) or better still special dressing aid lubricant. Do not try to get into the garment without it otherwise you could tear the garment. Also be careful of your sharp nails and other sharp object that could pierce through the latex.
To polish latex you can use the latex safe lubricant (or silicone latex polish liquid, or latex safe silicone spray. (if you have a bottle of latex lubricant, you can use it for both wearing and polishing)
Do not put any oil on latex as it will deteriorate latex.


Once worn, you can wash the garment in the warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly and drip dry. When completely dry, put the garment in the plastic bag and store away from sunlight as it will also deteriorate latex.

If you fold latex a lot into a small bundle or put a heavy object on the folded latex, it will crease and the crease will be permanent. Please try to fold minimum times when you store it or better still, hang it on the clothing hanger.
