Yarn and hook: For this project you should consult the label of your yarn/thread. It always gives information about recommended hook sizes. For my boho necklaces I used sport and worsted cotton thread / crochet yarn and 1.9 / 3 mm hook.


Used terms in American terminology: chain (ch), slip stitch (sl st.), 2 double crochet puff stitch (2dc puff st.), V-stitch.
