My sign arrived broken, split straight in half along the woodgrain. I don't believe this could have been avoided by the seller, and the seller responded promptly to my message alerting him to the problem. He sent me a UPS label to ship the broken sign back to him, and dispatched a new sign to me asap. Excellent customer service, excellent product.
