• AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED •
Once your design is created, we will send you an Etsy message with a proof to review. At this time, you can verify all information is correct and request any changes. We will not print or ship your order until your approval is received. To avoid any delays, please be sure to reply to the proof message.

After your approval is received on your proof, your item will enter the production process. We make all items here in our studio, we do not use third party services. We take pride in providing high quality, beautifully made items to last you a lifetime.

• PRODUCT TYPES •
► PRINTABLE FILES: This is a digital print only, no physical print will be mailed. It is up to you to print however you like! Printable will be provided as a JPEG and PDF via Email. Printable in a 4:5 Ratio that can be printed in the following sizes: 4x5", 8x10", 11x14", 12x15", 16x20". If you prefer a different size, please make note of this in your order notes. ► PHOTO PRINT (8x10, 11x14 or 16x20): Your print on a semi-matte, archival photography paper. (The most popular option). Easy to pop into any frame! Please note framing is not included. Print will be shipped flat in a rigid mailer with cardboard backing to keep it flat.

► FINE ART PRINT (8x10, 11x14 or 16x20): Your print on premium Giclee paper. This is a thick, museum quality paper with a matte finish and watercolor like paper texture. A great option for those wanting something a step above photo prints. Print will be shipped flat in a rigid mailer with cardboard backing to keep it flat.

► FOAM BOARD (8x10, 11x14 or 16x20): A Photo Print mounted on a 3/16" thick, white foam board. This can be rested on a shelf, easel or placed in a frame.

► CANVAS SHEET (8x10, 11x14 or 16x20): Your image printed on a high quality, satin finish Canvas Sheet with a white border surrounding it. The white border is added to make it easy to tape to the back of a mat when framing. (Works best when put in a picture frame!)

► WRAPPED CANVAS (8x10, 11x14 or 16x20): High-quality canvas, hand wrapped around 1.5" stretcher bars, with a wire hanger included on the back. Ready to hang up!
