We ship from Athens, Greece by 1-st class priority registered mail with tracking code. The code is valid for majority of international shippers and can be tracked online on your national post site or this online service: www.track-trace.com/post

Sterling silver jewellery may tarnish - or blacken over time. This is a normal reaction of silver when exposed to the air. In order to help prevent this, please store your jewelry where possible in its original box, and clean it carefully from time to time using a soft silver cleaning cloth, or apply a mild soap using a soft brush. Dry thoroughly.

Contact with strong chemicals such as perfumes and deodorants should also be avoided as these may affect your jewellery.

To begin with the pictures don’t do any justice to the jewelry, I’ve bought 4 items now and each of them have met or exceeded expectations, I would highly recommend to anyone, with that said looking forward to purchasing my next item. Thank you silverlab for the dine jewelry you craft

Item itself is high quality but the order execution, communication and aftersales is terrible. I've waited weeks on it and even then they managed to send the regular silver variant instead of the rhodium coated. Also I missed the sale. The package was also stuck at the distribution center and were returned to sender. That could be stopped from happening. When contacting them on chat it takes ages for them to answer. Also their English isn't topnotch. Then I asked them for restitution because they technically didn't deliver what I've asked for and for their made mistakes. I ended up with 10 euro on my bankaccount and a Etsy card of 20 euro's. So 30 euro in total. The difference between the rings were more than that. (they lowered price) , received nothing for spending time on all communication with them and post-office.
