All our decals are made of sign grade vinyl plastic, so will stick very well to your interior or exterior surfaces. All our decals use adhesive backed and ARE NOT static cling. We do not sell static cling decals in our shop. All decals are removable, but NOT re-usable.

You will find both the processing times & shipping times in the item details of the listing you're purchasing. These are 2 different time frames.

Below are the current average times.

PROCESSING:
Decals 2-5 working days
Glassware 1-2 weeks.

SHIPPING:
UK 3-5 working days.
International 7-18 working days.

First we have a processing period to create the decal and then we have the shipping period, which starts from dispatch. The sum of these time frames are when your order will arrive.

Delays in customs are down to the buyer of the destination country to check, not the seller. Please check this with your customs office.

Customs delays can range from a couple of weeks to over a month. Please be patient, especially in November and December.

We GLADLY accept custom & personalised orders, so please just message us with the design in mind. The more information you have (photos, drawings etc.) the quicker the process.

If you'd like anything changed or amended after purchase, please message us the same day.

We do not accept returns or refunds on custom orders, unless there is a shop made error. We also don't issue refunds after 180 days have passed.

We have gone PAPERLESS to help the environment, so you will find a full copy of application instructions in all of our listings photos. It's usually the last photo. All you need to do is scroll through the photos until you see it. Alternatively, you can ask us to send you a copy.

You can return certain items from our shop, but not all e.g. Custom Orders. This will be stated on each listings page. Please note, the shipping/postage cost won't be refunded when you return your order. This includes Express Courier. Please note this before purchasing an item. You will find all the details for each listing in the item details, or you can message us if you're unsure on anything.

We will not take responsibility if your order hasn't been signed for or collected from your local mail centre in time. We do all that we can to minimise this problem.

You will not need to re-purchase your order again after it's been returned to us, but you will need to cover the postage costs for us to re-send it back to you.

Once a review has been left, positive or negative, that brings your transaction with us to an end and no further actions will be carried out by us, including refunds, replacements etc.

It is always best to message us first, as we can usually help and, if not, we will always come to a solution. If you leave a negative review without giving us the chance to rectify a situation, we are not obligated to help any further. Please note this.

I know it can be frustrating if an order is delayed by your postal handler, or if your order arrives damaged etc. but please always contact us first to let us know. We can then help you.

If you don't contact us, we won't know there's an issue.

We always post orders before or on the estimated dispatch date.

We are no longer in control of your order once it has been handed over to the postal office. We always post in plenty of time for the order to reach you, in accordance with the postal office expected delivery time.

It is up to the buyer to check if their item is likely to be stopped or delayed by customs. If your order is stopped by customs, please allow an extra 1-4 weeks for your order to reach you. Customs clearance will be much longer in the months leading up to the holidays. Please keep this in mind.

If your order hasn't arrived to you by the date you expected, please message us so we can look into it right away for you.

We close/stop taking on anymore orders from the 18th December every year. All current orders will continue to be worked on as normal and dispatched on time.

There will be longer sorting times by your postal service in every country, so please add extra time to your order. We won't be held responsible for late deliveries.
