Made from 6 layers and 180yards of soft smooth Bridal tulle in strips of purple, teal, turquoise, dark green, black, royal blue and streamers of gold, that has been gathered, trimmed and sewn to the green ribbon tie. This bustle can fit just about any size! easy to tie on and take off!!
