Prints are wrapped in clear polypropylene protective bags to ensure no moisture touches your print.

Please note that orders outside of USA will be tracked and can take at least 24 working days to arrive.

Azer Design can not refund uninsured items.

Azer Design is not responsible for items lost in the post.

Items are not considered lost by the postal service until after 28 days, after that please email us to let us know so we can rectify the situation.


:::RETURNS / EXCHANGES / DAMAGES:::

If the poster is damaged in the mail, please email me photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving the poster and i will make it right. After 7 days of you receiving the poster, refunds cannot be given.
