This is really a 3.5 star review, but since that's not an option, I selected 4 stars. Though this palette is very beautiful, I was disappointed by several "functional" things. 1. There is erosion on the lid, that was not advertised as a possibility anywhere in the listing. 2. The magnets that are "stuck" to the plastic paint slot are intended to hold the slot in place in the palette- but the issue is that the glue is too weak and causes the magnet and slot to seperate, which causes the slot to move around. This could have easily been fixed and prevented with manually using a stronger glue. 3. The lid dosent lay flat. It actually only opens at a 45 degree angle. So the lid being advertised as a "mixing space" is confusing to me as someone that paints with watercolor. The paint/water will only pool at the bottom constantly.
