Custom Initial Necktie. Personalized silkscreened single letter tie. Filigree font. AlphabeTIES: Worst pun ever - but a perfect solution for wedding parties and keeping it personal! Finally we're offering a custom monogram/initial tie in a baroque filigree script, re-created from an antique 16th century illuminated manuscript. As all letters were not used in the original script, we had to hand-draw a few of our own to make a complete A-Z set.

Choose an elegant and sophisticated tone-on-tone print, or a bold color contrast - whatever you like! Available in standard and narrow width. (Most letters work on narrow in the bottom position - if you'd prefer a narrow tie with the letter at the top, please convo and we'll let you know if it will fit.) Shown in first picture: "W" in silver ink on burgundy, very similar to Pantone's color of the year, "Marsala."

The tie is made of a soft microfiber, having almost the same hand as real silk and is printed with high-quality, non-toxic, waterbased ink. All new materials!

► LETTER CHOICE:

Choose any letter, A-Z. Each letter is approx 2.5" wide (without scrollwork). Filigree size varies on each letter, most are 3.5"-4.25" wide total.

► LETTER PLACEMENT:

Choose either the bottom of the tie -or- the top. The top placement is approx 16" up from the bottom point of the tie so it will show from beneath a jacket or vest. (Please note - top placement does not work for all letters in the narrow width.)

►MEASUREMENTS:

Standard: [regular office guy] (3.5"-4" wide) 58" long
Narrow: [modern, hip guy ] (2.5"-3" wide) 58" long

There are no exchanges or returns granted for our entire AlphabeTIES line except in the case of defective or misprinted items. We'd love to be able to exchange, but the chances of someone else ordering the letter you want in the font you want in the color you want and the printing ink you want in the size you want ...the odds of winning Powerball are better! (We did the math. It's true.) Be sure to triple check that you've chosen the font, ink color, and tie color+width you want before placing your order. Feeling a little unsure about your choices? Printing ink placed on textured material (herringbone silk, diagonal fine-stripe, paisley) will not have exactly the same solid coverage that's shown on our smooth satin microfiber or satin silk ties. Our high-end textured fabrics have a more uneven surface to print on; you wouldn't expect a line painted on paper to look the same as one painted on cement! (A little hyperbole, but you get it!) These small inconsistencies are part of the character of each tie and won't be considered a defect.
