I safely package all items by hand, using bubble mailers (for pins) and rigid cardboard mailers (for prints), and ship worldwide via Canada Post regular mail.

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.
Once dispatched, orders will arrive in 3–10 business days for within Canada and 1–2 weeks for U.S.A. and international orders. Orders outside of Canada may require extra time due to customs delays and are not guaranteed timeframes.
Please note that, due to COVID-19, there may be additional shipping delays outside of my control.

Orders do not include tracking.

Please contact me if your item does not arrive after 30 days of purchase or has arrived damaged and I will be glad to resolve the issue. Order issues are all dealt with on a case by case basis. Limited stock items may not be able to be replaced due to availability, in which case a refund will be issued.
