I have been using Etsy for the past year as a means of purchasing different types of cut files, from the simplest 1 dimensional images up to the moderately complex 2 dimensional multi-layered pieces that are quite popular these days. Don't get me wrong now, this particular artist is extremely talented, and I have admired his work for a couple of years. If I was searching for inspiration (on, let's say Pinterest) there his intricate, colorful, geometrically perfect paper creations would pop up, same for when I was searching for svg files for purchase. And that's where the conflict comes in. Typing in "SVG's for purchase" has a double meaning here. In this case, his work is paper art for sale with photo copies for you to print yourself. But the way it's worded made it seem like I was buying the cut file, not a print at hom

Dear Rosey, I am sorry a printable file is not what you were expecting. However, my product description clearly mentions it being a printable Jpeg file. Nowhere in the listing has SVG file or DIY cutting file been mentioned. This was discussed in our prior communication as well. So it is quite unfortunate the misunderstanding persisted and marred your purchase experience.
