Organic Ingredients: Roasted Chicory Root (Cichorium intybus), Roasted Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale), Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Astragalus Root (Astragalus membranaceus), Burdock Root (Arctium lappa), Chaga (Inonotus obliquus), & Cinnamon (C. burmannii)

Standard Steep: 5-10 min

Decoction Preparation Method:
*Bring water to a boil on stovetop
*Add herbs, cover & reduce heat to low
*Simmer 20 minutes.
*Strain herbs

Add Raw Local Honey & milk of choice/milk alternative (to taste) and 1/2-1 tsp Coconut Oil (if hot)

Tips: try adding vanilla bean, raw cacao powder or stevia (as an alternative sweetener to honey)

I had a gastric ulcer that required surgery a few months ago. Since then, I've been dealing with indigestion. They had me on a strong dose of medicine for a few weeks to heal my stomach. After I was done with that medication, my primary doctor wanted me to take another dose of antacids for a few more weeks. I took the new medicine for about one week but I was over it & didn't want to take anymore meds. Plus, I was still dealing with indigestion after taking all that medicine for a month. I've been drinking this tea instead of a second cup of coffee in the morning. It's been almost a week and a half since I started drinking this tea & I haven't had any indigestion since then. I am beyond happy to have found a natural way to deal with my stomach issues! I love this tea & I will definitely purchase it agin.
