Phantom is a color shifting duochrome shimmer top coat, meant for layering over other polishes. Phantom shifts from a brilliant blue to violet to purple, and to near invisibility. The color shift of Phantom isn’t as strong as the other Mythological creatures, but it has a ghostly charm of its own! The vividness of its blue aspect is stunning.

This polish contains a "unicorn pee sibling" pigment, which are pigments of the same sort as "unicorn pee" but with different color shifts.

Phantom is a custom polish, made from scratch with nail lacquer base and color shifting pigment. Starlight Polish is 5 free, meaning free of DBP, toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, and camphor, and contains no carmine or other animal-derived pigments.
