My blend of cacao is made with organic raw cacao, organic coconut milk powder, organic vanilla bean infused sugar, organic cinnamon + organic an organic mushroom blend made with 14 different mushrooms. -Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga, Mesima, Lion's Mane, Turkey Tail, Maitake, Shiitake, Blazei, Poria, Agarikon, Suechirotake, Oyster and True Tinder Polypore.
You can now choose to add organic dark chocolate chips to your cacao 😊
To make add 1-2 tablespoons (you may adjust this to more or less depending on your preference) to 8oz of your choice of milk, warm together and enjoy! There is not a lot of sugar in my blend so if you prefer a sweeter cocoa, just add marshmallows, your choice of sweetener or chocolate chips.
This cocoa blend can also be added to your coffee.
The mushroom blend is steam distilled to activate the mycelium and fruiting body, which is then dehydrated into a powder. This means that most mushroom powders, unless cooked for a long time, will not be bioavailable to our body because of the very strong cellular walls. By steaming first, the cell walls are broken down and now available for our bodies to use.
