►ABOUT THE STONES:
Campo del Cielo translates to "Field of Heaven" Though it fell to Earth more than 4000 years ago, this meteorite was first discovered in 1576 by a Spanish military expedition, searching for a source of iron.

Scientists believe that - like other iron meteorites - the Campo del Cielo mass originated within the Asteroid Belt located between Mars and Jupiter, and probably formed around the same time as the earth: some 4.5 billion years ago.

Only about 5% of meteorites found on Earth are iron, and the Campo del Cielo material is highly collectable. Each is about 5 grams. They have been purchased from Argentina from a member of the International Meteorite Collectors Association (IMCA). The IMCA adheres to the highest standards of meteorite identification and proper labeling practices.

►ABOUT THE MAKER:
Each pair of cufflinks is unique and one of a kind, and made by hand by printmaker, metalworking artist and Cyberoptix founder, Bethany Shorb. I work between my home base in Detroit, MI and a mobile RV studio Arizona, where I source all our stone, crystal, shell and fossil specimens there and at the Tucson and Quartzsite AZ gem shows. All are intuitively sourced in person, from only the most reputable individual suppliers. I never buy random lots because I'm a perfectionist!

► HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PAIR I'M GETTING?
All our cufflinks are handmade with natural stones; they're gifts from the Earth (and Space!), and all vary between specimen to specimen. Each cufflink set is unique and one of a kind, and no two natural stones will ever be the same, that's a big part of the joy and fun of them! If your heart is set on the certain look of a stone shown, please contact us for specific stone size/shape and color requests before purchasing (not after!) - these photos are just an example of many many we have in stock and I make almost daily for you. We can't Glamour Shot style photograph each pair individually and still offer them at this price.

Microfiber neckties, bow ties and pocket squares [Easy care!]:
Hand wash in cool water and take care not to rub the design too hard. You can also machine wash on delicate in a mesh bag or knotted pillow case. Creases and folds? Iron on medium heat; you can iron directly on the design.

Silk neckties:
Spot clean or dry clean only, never machine wash or immerse in water. Creases and folds? Iron on medium to high heat.

Regular weight and linen-weave pashmina scarves:
Hand wash or machine wash on delicate in a mesh bag or knotted pillow case so it doesn't stretch and tangle. Hang or preferably dry flat, do NOT machine/tumble dry! Creases and folds? Iron with high heat.

Standard Tie: ~3 1/8”-4" wide x 58” long. (aka “regular”/wide/traditional). This is the flagship “safe” bet, good for gifting, Dads, office dudes, & anyone but the smallest framed.

Narrow Tie: ~2 3/8"-3" wide x 58” long. (aka modern cut/slim). This is the “Goldilocks” middle width that looks good on just about everyone, except the largest frames. Younger and more fashionable. What guys often buy for themselves!

Skinny Tie: ~1.5” wide x 58” long. We don’t sell as many of these, but they're very young and the most fashion forward. For small frames and great for women too! Limited colors in microfiber only.

Bow ties: One size, ~14"-20" neck size.

Scarves (Linen-weave & Traditional Pashmina): One size, 28” wide x 80” long with fringe.

We treat every package like a gift - it comes wrapped all together with brown paper and string (because it is a wonderful thing!) and a care card. We never include prices or an invoice, so your gift-recipient eyes will never see that stuff. If you require one, please just let us know!
