This kinetic mobile sculpture is truly an object of joy!
It will spice up your living and breathe atmosphere into the space. It could function as a room divider. Great next to a sofa or in a hallway.

This mobile is designed and handmade by me.

Each order is custom made. An exact copy of the prototype, yet unique. You can choose between slight color variations if you want at no extra costs :)

Slowly… sanded, rounded, painted and assembled by hand. The shapes are made of wood. Poplar plywood, beech or Balsa wood. The hand bended iron rods of galvanised steel have a grey, blueish worn finish. Giving it an industrial touch. A kind of perfect imperfection.
This mobile is made in small badges. Each one is unique in it’s finish.

I use wood because it’s warm and Fen Shui in your space. Most mobiles have a subtle color palette which blend aesthetically in your room.

People love the playfulness and how it inspires their imagination.
Even in their abstract manner, I like the way mobiles have a narrative or could represent little funny creatures in a lush environment. Gently coming alive with a breeze.

Before going to art school, I was already fascinated by the playfulness of the modernist artists around the 1920’s-1940’s who had this strong believe and desire to envision a better world. It was later that I realised that kinetic art objects like mobiles are perfect objects to represent and transmit feelings of joy and playfulness. A balanced combination of shape, colour and movement in your home.
