✔️ About The Product

- Many sizes and colors to choose from.
- Waterproof vinyl that can be used indoors or outdoors.
- All decals are sent with transfer tape already attached for easy application.
- Please keep in mind, when you place your order, you will want to install your graphics within 2 weeks of delivery.
- This decal is made from high-quality vinyl (Oracal 651) in my home in sunny Florida! It is removable but not reusable - please keep that in mind when placing the decal.
- Decals are made from Oracal 651 which is a performance grade vinyl well suited for indoor and outdoor applications. It was originally designed for fleet vehicle graphics making it a perfect choice for cars. The solvent-based permanent adhesive makes it a great choice for wet area applications such as boats or other outdoor places (however it can not sit in water or it will dissolve the adhesive - ie cups or tumblers cannot soak in water). Vinyl is not recommended to go into the microwave.

🛒 Checking Out

STEP 1: - Check your size! - By using the drop-down menus, the size of your decal will be listed by the longest size. If your design is more tall than wide, the dimensions listed will be based on the height. If your design is more wide than tall, the dimensions listed will be for the width. Keep in mind when it comes to customizing the text on some listings, the design layout will adjust accordingly to fit within the size you picked. If you ordered a personalized design, a proof will be sent to you. If you are interested in another size that is not listed, please reach out, I would be happy to create your custom listing so you can purchase the size you need.

*Large designs may come in a few pieces but will be equipped with guides for easy DIY install.

STEP 2: - Picking A Color - You can pick any of our in-house colors however if you already have a color in mind, please reach out as I would be happy to work with you.

📦 Shipping

Turn around time is 3-5 Business days. All of the shipping orders come with tracking information that can be found in your account under purchases. Each order will come with transfer tape attached, instructions to install, and an applicator card. Large business decals will come wrapped around a tube to ensure that they are safe from damage during transit and come with $100 shipping insurance.

- Due to the nature of decals, returns are not accepted. We are not responsible for an error in the application.
- Due to size, your decal may be in pieces to help in shipping and applying once you get it.

- To ensure an easier installation time, please install your graphics within 2 weeks of delivery.
- If you ordered a business decal, please keep an eye out for your proof of the design in case anything needs to be tweaked.
- Check with your business owner to make sure if there is a preference on the placement of vinyl designs (inside vs. outside of the glass)
- Placing your order on the inside of your windows may result in color distorting. If you want to test things out, please ask about our sample decal.

When I ship my packages, I use USPS and purchase tracking to go with it. I send you the tracking number so that we can watch it during its journey. Once the item leaves my hands, there isn't anything I can do. Sometimes USPS is overzealous in their estimated delivery dates. We will keep watching your shipment until it says delivered. (If your package is Canada I can't provide tracking).

I can not and do not guarantee delivery dates. Packages have to be missing for a certain amount of time before a claim can be filed.

If your item does not arrive to you, you have to contact USPS and request information. Request any geographical location information on the delivery. Once we have that information, we can go from there.

While I like to think that nothing but perfect products are produced in the studio, sometimes things happen. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days. Send a photo of your order so that I can check against my records. If there was an error on my end, I will make it right.

Please keep in mind that these graphics need to be installed shortly after ordering, at most 14 days. Any delay in the application process could result in issues during installation.

Font Squirrel is a great website to use to browse fonts at your leisure and pick them from categories like script and retro. This information is important as it changes how we have to cut the vinyl designs. Outside placement goes on the outside of the window. Inside placement will go on the inside of your glass. BOTH placements allows your customers to see the designs from the outside of the business the correct way.
