All orders will usually be processed & dispatched within 3 working days (unless otherwise stated) and will be sent via First class Royal Mail unless 24 hour delivery is requested. International delivery is by standard airmail.

I always gain proof of postage & 24 hour delivery is tracked.

Please note: To qualify for 24 hour delivery you must place your order before 4pm Mon-Friday. ** 24 hour delivery upgrade is only available for the UK. **

Please allow 4 working days for delivery in the UK, and up to 12 working days for international delivery.

I always send a notification email when I dispatch your order. If you have not received your item within 7 working days (UK) of dispatch then please get in touch. For international deliveries please allow 15 working days.

Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer, and the onus is on the customer to check any relevant customs charges, tax or duty, which may be payable in their own country before placing an order.
