Custom illustration orders will be considered abandoned if the buyer doesn't reply or email commission details within three weeks of ordering. After three weeks of no response the order will be marked shipped with no refund.

If the buyer wishes to complete the order after that time additional fees will be charged.

Custom Portraits may be used for promotional purposes for my business on Etsy or Instagram.
Let me know if you would like your custom portrait to not be used for promotional purposes.

Custom portraits are usually available in limited quantities for a very limited holiday window in November.

Outside of the holiday window I only accept portrait and business commissions for $600+. If you are interested in a commission outside of my holiday window please contact me with your project at:
