Here's to the "Undiscovered Country," the "Healing After Four Rough Years," the or the "Better Tomorrow," however you choose to look at it. Cover all your bases with this gorgeous new item whose symbolisms highlight the foundations of pride, trans inclusion, nods to the leaders of color (especially indigenous and Black and Brown folx and transgender women) who started and carried the movement on... and don't you dare let those jerks on the #noflylist think you don't have every right to proudly wave the Stars and Stripes either. Not everything about our country is perfect, but it is ours to make a more perfect and inclusive union.
Due to the range of variations, my USA and Pride Flag pins are divided into 3 listings:
The American Flag and the Inclusive Progress Pride (11-color) Style Flag (This one.)
https://etsy.me/3qKJppU
The American Flag and the 8-Stripe (Black+Brown on top) "Philadelphia" Pride Flag
https://etsy.me/3JndhPO
The American Flag and 6-Stripe Rainbow Flag
https://etsy.me/3XeeyOT
This piece builds on five major starting points:
The American Flag, first sewn by Betsy Ross,
The Pride Flag by Gilbert Baker (and its later 6 stripe version, I also have his original 8 strip version in a different listing)
The Trans Flag by Monica Helms from 1999
The POC-tribute "Philly Pride" flag that debuted around 2017
and Daniel Quasar's "Progressive Pride Flag" from around 2018.
These are available in silver metal backing, gold metal backing, and a new rose gold metal backing.
A portion of proceeds will go to support queer and trans folx.
===================
Show and share your pride or allyship! Whether a subtle fashion accessory on your lapel, or for accessorizing nearly any article of clothing or luggage imaginable, this is a gorgeous silver-backed six-stripe rainbow to show your pride.
Bolder colors and silver backing help this go with anything.
Goes great alongside some of the other products you can find here at this store, including transgender pins, bisexual pins, etc...
Great for use as a pushpin or thumb tack as well on cork boards.
My personal favorite uses for this discrete yet bold statement piece is on lanyards for your work badge, conference credentials, or concert backstage passes.
Size: Pin is approximately 25mm (1”) at its widest, and a little over half as tall. The stud and the clasp extend backward approximately 10mm, a little under half an inch.
(Designed, sold, packaged, and shipped with LOVE by an actual transgender person, me!!! My amazing ally of a little sister helps sometimes too.)
Items may vary slightly by batch in coloration/backing/etc... from the exact images shown, but I'll try to keep the pics up to date. If more than one pin is shown in an image, they are either variations you can choose between (like silver or gold backing) or are other products on my page.
