We love custom orders! We usually provide a draft mock up for your review and approval within 24-48 hours from time of your order. Please be sure to check your Etsy messages often to allow the design and approval process to go quickly. If we don't hear back from you we can't make your item and delays the delivery time.

If you select "gift" on your order a piece of paper with gift message you included will be printed and enclosed in package instead of the invoice showing price. If you didn't include a custom message, it just says "A gift for you - enjoy". You will need to include your name on message if you want the paper message personalized. Selecting gift does not include any wrapping or special packaging. Please add gift wrap if you want special packaging.

If you select and pay the $4 for gift wrap, you will get a printed card stock gift card along with your item wrapped with ribbon and usually a gift bag (depending on size/type of item).

All of our apparel and dish towel items are made with high quality professional grade heat transfer vinyl and applied with a commercial heat press.

To care for and get the most life from your items we recommend washing and drying inside out, no bleach, do not iron directly over design. If you need to iron, iron from back side or place a thin cloth over design so iron is not touching design directly.

Sizing for our apparel items can be found in each of our listings. Please read and review sizing charts carefully. Due to each item we make being made custom at time of your order we do not allow returns or exchanges as each item is custom made for you.

Sizing of signs is also shown in each listing and we offer several different size options to choose from. If you are looking for a different size please send us a message so we can provide you with a price quote.
