We who cherish vintage glassware value the unique artistry, the slight imperfections, and the signs of wear that remind us of the loving hand that lifted the butter dish or the treasured family recipe served on holidays in the fancy relish tray. My first memory-purchase was an antique dome butter dish with two smooth chips on the rim. Seeing the piece caused me to momentarily escape to a childhood memory of cherished time spent with my grandmother. It was the sweet escape of that memory that caused me to begin collecting a menagerie of vintage glassware that soon reached the ceiling, and it inspired me to name my shop, Vintage Glass Escape. May the garden of vintage items I’ve posted for sale in my shop inspire your most cherished memories.
