I'm a graphic designer and visual artist living in Miami, Florida. You can see more of my work at CariGnam.com. I have created a line of large, realistic, hand drawn temporary tattoos of my original designs. Most of my work is mandala or botanical-inspired line work.
Temp-Tats are the best way to experiment with a tattoo's design or placement before making a life-long commitment to the real thing. It's also fun to change your tattoo every few weeks like an accessory, if you're indecisive like me.
That's why I started Temp-Tats.
I have always loved tattoos and was always trying to image which tattoos I wanted to get. In time I realized that tattoos are best for particular personality types; people who are decisive. And that - I am not. Never have been, never will be. I'm someone who looks back at my clothing decisions of years past, and cringe in embarrassment. If I had gotten the tattoos I was dreaming of in my early twenties, I would not be happy with those tattoos now! That's when I realized that I would rather experiment with temporary tattoos instead of committing to a life of something I thought was cool was I was 23.
I encourage you to follow your dreams, but really get to know yourself well before making any long term decisions. In the meantime, deck yourself out in designs that you only have to commit to for a few days.
