I’m pretty hardcore about my health and wellness. By that I mean I have and continue to put in the research, study, energy to find out works best for me, and it’s a pleasure and a duty to share what I’ve learned with others. I’ve been on the health and wellness journey a long time. I constantly read numerous books and articles, and tirelessly to work to learn as much as I can.

I didn’t realize it, but my sojourn started in my pre-teens. I knew there was something important and necessary about food, but I was ignorant. Thus, that was the catalyst. I was determined to educate myself, and I’m still learning! I love this journey. When I cured myself from asthma with healthy changes to what I consumed and a few herbs, I knew I was on to something. Consequently, we created the AYGET? website to share, talk with, and learn from anyone who shares an interest in health and wellness.

Everyone has to do what works for them, but do something! Stop with the excuses!

Think about this. To not take care of yourself is selfish. If you don’t take care of yourself, remember that at some point, someone will have to use their time and energy to take care of you.
