Shipping: All purchases will go out USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days) the following day after payment has been confirmed. Any purchases made on Saturday will be shipped on Monday. I don't require insurance to be purchased, but I do highly recommend it. I can not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Thank you for understanding. I use Paypal shipping and send to your Paypal address so please make sure your Etsy and Paypal address match. This makes the shipping process faster and more secure.
Returns: It's my goal for you to be completly satisfied with your jewelry. If you are not happy with your purchase, I will accept returns within 3-5 days. Jewelry must be returned in original packaging and un-worn in original condition. Postage will not be reimbursed.
