In February 2013 I decided that I wanted to be able to help my family reach our goals of financial stability and ultimately eventually become a stay at home mom with my wild and crazy daughter. Since having a child I have found a passion for making functional and fun items that you can use as a mom that don't look like mom gear. The fabrics are picked out with love and attention to reflect a mixture of colors and stories. My husband and I work together as a team on this project as well as work out of the home on opposite days so that our daughter can spend as much time with us as possible and as little time in day care as we can manage. We are working hard to meet our goals and have a long way to go. Working out of the home as a two man team is an exciting challenge and journey that we are having fun with. I am the only sewer in the house currently (thank goodness) and am so thankful to my mother for forcing me to sew for 4-H projects when I was younger despite hating it at the time. I took up quilting as a hobby roughly four years ago and haven't stopped since. I take pride in my workman's ship and would rather over sew something to ensure safety and security than skimp just to save a penny.
