Announcement    AKURAT RACKS is in EU, Latvia made solution for storing and maintaining sports equipment, manufactured by craftsmen with decades of experience together with the precision and quality of modern technologies.

AKURAT RACKS allows you to effectively and esthetically store sports equipment in a compact manner. You can use it for bicycles, skies, SUP-boards, surfboards, wakeboards, kite boards and longboards. This storage solution is perfect both for big houses, where the abundance of space sometimes translates in to a big mess, or small apartments, where you need both the esthetics and a compact storage solution. It is also possible to customize each of our racks to fit a specific place, wall or any other location used by the client.

AKURAT RACKS offers you four different types of wood to choose from – hardwood,plywood,
solid wood,birch, spruce, oak and ash. The material comes from local Latvian forests and is transformed in to elegant pieces of design furniture in cooperation with one of the most well-known Latvian designers, Miks Petersons – nordi.

How AKURAT RACKS came to be:
The creators of AKURAT RACKS are athletes themselves. They participate in various sports and extreme sports disciplines, such as cycling, mountain biking, kite boarding, snowboarding and many more. Noticing, that the amount of gear is growing and that it keeps getting harder to store it properly, so it can fully dry out, thus, increasing its life span, they started searching for a solution. Unfortunately, after searching all the biggest online and local retailers and manufacturers, they still could not find a product that would suit their needs and standards. But, since the creators of AKURAT RACKS are athletes that are always aiming for the highest goals this didn’t stop them. They decided, as the saying goes, that if you want something done properly, you better do it yourself! Of course, the product also needed a name, so they chose to mirror their own values in it. The name AKURAT originates from the Latvian term ‘’akurāts’’, which symbolizes order, care and precision, which are values that the creators of AKURAT RACKS have come to learn and value over their long years in competitive sports and are now embodying and gifting to you through the products of AKURAT RACKS.
