Common Pre-made Palette Q&A's:

*What do I put in the personalization box?
-The personalization box is there to ensure the item description is read and understood. You can put anything into the personalization to agree to these terms. Common responses ("Name, email, etc.)

* What’s included in premade palette?
- Color paint names and codes
- Physical samples are not included
- No other finishes included
- This is not a custom palette consultation. I will not be able to answer specific questions.

*How do I download my palette after purchase?
-You cannot download the file within the Etsy app.
-You have to use a browser either on your phone OR on a computer for download (https://www.etsy.com).
-Go to purchases and reviews and select this order. You will be able to download the palette from there.
