➤ Inventory is kept up to date in real time. When purchasing multiple quantities the largest pack size is indicative of actual stock levels. When 24 pieces are available you will be able to check out with two 12 packs, four 6 packs and 24 single pieces at the same time even though actual stock is only 24 pieces total. For example, if you want to purchase 48 pieces but only two 12 packs are available, 48 pieces are NOT in stock— checking out with two 12 packs and four 6 packs will oversell the stock. Please reach out with specific questions about larger quantities directly.
➤ SHIPPING:
Complimentary shipping on domestic orders more than $35.00.
I try to combine shipping but please note it’s not always possible especially during peak shipping times. Shipping overages are always refunded on combined orders but shipping is not complimentary when combining orders.
Lost/missing package claims cannot be filed until 20 days without delivery and we cannot reship or refund until that process is complete.

Please know that packages may take more than 30 days to arrive and once shipped there is nothing we can do to expedite this process. International lost/missing package claims cannot be filed until 40 days without delivery and we will not reship or refund you until that process is complete.

Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
We add lead times to every item in the shop so there's no confusion when your order will ship. You can find the ship by date on the individual item pages under the "shipping and returns" tab, Etsy also provides them in your cart before checkout and on your emailed receipt. Additionally, shipping dates and estimated delivery dates can be viewed under the "purchases and reviews" section of your account.
Do you accept returns? Can I exchange my items?
No, at this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. Sample pack sizes are available for almost all items to check color, size, etc. prior to placing your stock order. We are always available to discuss these questions prior to your purchase and provide additional help. Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please reach out via Etsy messages to arrange your return.
What brand are your crystals?
We sell 3 brands of rhinestones in the shop. Each brand is clearly identified in the title. Our signature (and most popular!) collection is our namesake Barton Crystal. It is our own line of Austrian Crystal. Additionally we have Preciosa Crystals manufactured in the Czech Republic and North Star Rhinestones manufactured in China.
How do I take care of my cup chain jewelry findings and supplies?
Here are a few quick tips to keep your Barton DIY jewelry components safe and sparkly!
Avoid contact with water and chemicals. Our cup chain jewelry supplies are professionally plated over a base metal. To ensure the longevity of the finish avoid contact with water, harsh chemicals, perfume, & lotion. Remove and set aside while washing dishes, heading to the beach or pool, or hitting the gym. Do not apply chemical jewelry cleaners as this can damage the plating.
*Please remember everyone's skin is different. Your body’s natural PH can affect the level of tarnish or wear on your jewelry.
Extended exposure to air can oxidize any jewelry. We recommend storing your jewelry in a dust bag, jewelry box, or air tight bag out of sunlight
