5 out of 5 starsReally pretty cards! Sent to my daughter who is studying in London so she can send us, especially her grandma notes that we can save with her postage stamp. Thought it would be a fun memory to have.

What a wonderful idea, Andrea! I love that my illustrations that came from MY trip to London are making a full circle back through your daughter. I hope she has a lovely time. Thank you again!

5 out of 5 starsThe picture is great, but 3 corners were bent. I am going to keep it because the custom mat will cover it. I notified the artist and she is going to adjust the size of the mat board the print is shipped in for the future. She replied immediately. The print is just what I wanted.

Thank you again, Patricia letting me know about your print. Larger cardboard for shipping is on its way!

Frequently asked questions
When will my item ship?
Everything is made to order, so even though you purchased an item, it will take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks to create. Most art prints and stationer will ship within 2 to 3 business days from the order, and custom paintings can take 2 weeks. Items shipping for a manufacturing partner can take 1 to 10 business days. Each listing has a "ready to ship" day range listed. If you have specific dates you need an item, please plan and get in touch about estimated shipping dates as soon as possible. Certain times of the year are busy, so please keep that in mind when ordering.
Items being shipped outside of the US will need to be processed through customs. This can add additional time to the actual estimated delivery date.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If something arrives damaged please contact me right away! Nearly all packages are insured against loss and damage through USPS, so if it appears that the package itself was also damaged, opened, or destroyed, it will be covered 100%. If you feel that the item itself is damaged, but not through shipping, please send a message to me to discuss the issue and reach a resolution. Keep in mind that all items are handcrafted with natural materials. Sometimes differences and idiosyncrasies occur and are part of the uniqueness.
Can I return or exchange my items?
If you want to return or exchange an item, please contact me immediately. Items that have been customized with printed text, are not eligible. All other items need to be reviewed to determine if it can be resold. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Can I cancel a custom order?
Illustrations, paintings, and custom stationery cannot be canceled once work has begun, that means once you have sent in images and/or answered a questionnaire. You will only receive a refund if nothing has been exchanged between the shop and buyer. Due to the personal nature of these items, all orders are non-refundable without exception.
Did you really sleep with a box of crayons when you were a kid?
Yes! I really did sleep with my box of 64 Crayolas every night. They, along with my big blue stuffed elephant and my tooth-bearing alligator (I was sure he would keep me safe while I slept), were nestled together dreaming of great things to create the next day.
Do I see proofs for custom artwork, invitations, and stationery?
Yes! You will receive an electronic (pdf or jpeg) file BEFORE any production work is begun. Once there is an OK from you, printing and production of the project can start. If you find errors or need to make change to the proof, another will be sent to reflect the new details. If you prefer to see a live proof of an invitation or stationery, one can be sent for a small fee.
