Gift wrapping and packaging
Unless my suppliers make it an easy option to include in the checkout process, gift-wrapping is unavailable
I saw another one of your works I'd like included on an item, can you make it?
Most likely yes! You can email or message me directly regarding this. Please note, that there may be additional charges for setting it up.
Do you do commissions?
Yes, it's how I make my living. I am a professional illustrator and my work can be viewed at www.emile.work
Why don't you take returns or offer exchanges?
I'm a one man shop, using a variety of print on-demand suppliers who produce the product in countries close to the buyer. Logistically, the price of postage back to me (in Japan) and the resupply of another product would be too costly. Unless there's a fault the product- which my supplier would remedy- I'd be out of pocket.
If there is some sort of product defect or damage, please email me the issue along with a pic and I will make arrangements with my supplier to send a replacement.
Why can't I cancel my order?
Once you have completed your order at checkout, it will be automatically sent to my suppliers to process. Once the fulfilment starts, it's out of my control.
You can try and email me as soon as possible, and if it's before fulfilments started, I will do my best to cancel the order and refund you. However due to time differences, this may not always work out therefore it's best I state no cancellations to avoid disappointment.
Please chose wisely and check the sizes before completing your order.
