All of my designs and styles are made in a specific size, which is listed in the description of each item.

I do not do any special gift wrapping or messaging. However, my items are packaged neatly and discretely so they are perfect for giving as gifts!

Processing times are constantly changing as more orders are placed at certain points in the year. Please be sure to check my home page for the current processing time of the order you intend to place to ensure it fits into your time-frame. There is a limited amount of Expedited orders I can take, so if need be we can upgrade your purchase to make sure we can get your item to you on time!

I do not accept cancellations of any order. All Custom orders come with a digital rendering of what the final product will look like. Please note that some color and shape differences will occur, as this is a hand-made item. We are a team in this project, so there needs to be a level of understanding as well as some give-and-take regarding the final design. I want to make sure you get exactly what you are dreaming of, but I will also be honest if something is outside of my skill level or simply not possible. Please discuss your plans with me BEFORE purchasing to make sure that we are both on the same page and get all of the details perfect for your order! I will not cancel your order once it has been placed.

Sometimes you end up not connecting with an item you have purchased, and that is completely normal. I allow for items to be resold secondhand as long as 1) I am mentioned as the original artist, and 2) you do not price the item for equal or greater value than what it was purchased for. This does not include the shipping cost of the item. Reselling an item for profit from my shop will have you banned from future purchases. Thank you!

Once an item leaves my possession I am no longer responsible for any delays, damages or lost items. It is up to you to track your item and contact your local post office if an item has not arrived.
