Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders: At this time we can’t offer custom orders (as in custom art and arrangement). In the future, this option may be available.
What if I Change My Mind or Make an Accidental Order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it can’t be cancelled. So if you have any questions regarding an item in the shop, please contact me before placing an order.
What if My Order Gets Lost in the Mail?
If your package was marked as delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to replace it. If it was not marked as delivered, and two weeks has passed since shipment, a new shipment will be placed, free of charge.
Do You Accept Returns?
Due to the items being made-to-order, we can not offer returns. However, if the item is received damage (such as misprinted) or if the item is incorrect from what was ordered, we can offer an exchange.
