Care instructions
-Be careful with your ring. It can be scratched or rubbed plating off when you handle rough surfaces. We don't exchange or refund for those condition of rings.
- Remove it when going to pool, beach, or spa,
-Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners.
- For cleaning, gently polish with a dry, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching. Avoid water when cleaning.
-Store at dry cool area
-If you are on MEDICATION, sweaty or have more body acid sault, SILVER plating will be tarnishing a lot faster and it might leave green stain on your skin. It won't harm you but I can't control those reaction. It is common reaction between those body condition and silver plating.

All product will be sending in a box with tissue so it can be gift wrapped. If you need separate boxes for multiple orders, leave me a note. Otherwise, all item will be packed in one box for our environment.

Would the product be tarnished ?
Yes, All of plated items will be tarnished at some point.
However, Plating duration is various depending on your body condition or how you use.
We are using thicker plating ( 40 mils silver/ 5mils gold ) using real gold and silver with clear coating on top of it for protection.
However, a few people's body condition who is on MEDICATION, has more acid saults, oily skin or sweaty can be caused clear coating rubbed off easily and make plating tarnished faster than others. Some case it will leave green mark on your skin. It won't be harmed and the mark will be removed easily.
Sorry but those reaction is something that we can't control.
Shipping Cost For Exchange & Returns
Since we are paying the initial shipping cost :
-Shipping cost might be deducted if buyers' d like to return their items.
-Buyer might have to pay for both returning shipping fee & replacement shipping fee when they'd like to exchange items. Please message us for more information about exchange.
However, if returns or exchanges needed to be done due to product problems or any of issue on our side, please feel free to message us. We will do our best to resolve the problem.
