Custom and personalised orders
Each item from my shop can be custom made to your specifications.
Sizing details
My size scale may differ from other sellers. That’s why, in order to ensure a perfect fit, the most important information for me is your measurements.
It will be the best if you provide the measurements in the "Note to Seller" at checkout.
Care instructions
Garter grip tongues are made of cloth and they become soft when wet, this is why I recommend hand-washing. Hang to dry.
Missing Items
Four weeks for delivery is not unusual for International mail. If your package doesn't arrive within 4 weeks I'll initiate a Claim procedure (Croatian post search for packages). The procedure will be completed within no more than 30 days of the procedure initiation date. The procedure is mostly successful and you'll receive your package. If the package is declared lost I'll refund your order.
Further Returns Information
Package that are returned by the shipper for any reason including but not limited to failure to pick up, address problems, or inability to deliver will be held for 10 days. During that time I will attempt to contact the buyer via email address connected to the account. After 14 days without response the item will be returned to stock and no refund will be issued.
If the buyer wishes the package to be reshipped an additional shipping fee will be invoiced via Pay Pal. Reshipment will take place only after the invoice is paid.
Returns Refunds Exchanges
*Any item must be returned in NEW condition. unworn and without excessive try on appearance - ie: no perfume, lotions, smoke, or pet hair,etc.
*The parcel has to be returned by a method with delivery confirmation or trackable method.
* We will refund item cost after receiving the returned item. Minus shipping costs.
* Exchange is only possible for the same product in another size.
Postage for the exchanged product is paid by the buyer through Paypal.
* Postage is paid by the seller in case of:
- if the wrong product was sent (size, color, ...)
- if the product was sent with an error
* Custom orders are final! There will be no exchanges or refunds!

Coco'sRetroCloset garter belts are made to be worn with any kind of stockings, from vintage non-stretch to thick wool winter stockings and that's why they have to be worn at your waistline and not on your hips. If you prefer to wear your garter belt lower on your hips take one size up when ordering but in that case they just might slip of.
