Hello everyone,
I am back home from my trip, so my turnaround time is now back to normal: around 1-3 business days, though it is likely that it will be done much sooner! :) Also, happy Mercury Retrograde! It started yesterday, so I wish everyone good luck and blessings until the 25th, when it goes direct again! Frequently asked questions
How will the reading be provided?
It will be provided as a detailed, written-out PDF along with a picture of the cards that came up for you. When sending the reading, I will attach it to your receipt and it will be available for download (see "How do I "download" the PDF of my reading?" if you have any questions about that).
When can I expect my reading?
Typically around the 72-96 hour range (3-4 days). Usually this is in business days, however, I occasionally complete readings on the weekends if I have the time to spare. Please check the shop announcements if you experience any delays! There may be something underlying going on in my life at that time, and the turnaround time might be longer. I will always post about delays on my shop announcements.
How do I "download" the PDF of my reading?
If you are in the Etsy mobile app, you cannot do this just yet unfortunately. You will need to open a browser on your device, or access it through a computer/laptop in order to download your reading. Check your email for the PDF link if you are on a mobile device (phone, tablet, etc...). I believe you can access your reading directly on the Etsy website through your computer/laptop, you will just need to log in.
Do you accept "yes or no" questions?
I prefer more open questions rather than just "yes or no" answer ones, as those questions can be a bit complicated when it comes to tarot. However, I am capable of converting "yes or no" questions into open ended ones (such as asking the potential of something happening, or "what will happen if/when" for example). If you see a question on your reading that is converted into a similar sounding question, then it is probably because it was a yes or no question. It will still typically give you what it is you would like to know, just with more context!
Do you accept clarification on readings/cards?
Yes! I will further explain or help you to understand the reading better to the best of my ability. If it's really needed, I can pull an extra card or two to clarify on a certain matter. All you need to do is ask! However, be aware that I only do this if I strongly feel its needed; it's a rare case scenario. Usually the cards already pulled are enough of an answer from the deck, and adding more cards into the mix can complicate things.
The reading didn't resonate with me, what now?
If you'd like to, please message me! I can help to explain the reading better, or perhaps my intuition was a little off that day. I will try my best to amend things for you. I'm definitely no expert, and most (if not all) readers aren't 100% accurate, anyway. Also, sometimes I just connect better with certain people, and I may not have fully connected with your energy. I believe this is true for all readers and their clients; some people just connect better together than others!

Can you do readings in other languages besides English?
My only fluent language is in English, so all readings will be sent in English, as that is the language I am best at and most comfortable with.
What are your policies on returns/exchanges/cancellations?
I do not accept returns or exchanges. Once I send you your reading, then the transaction is complete and final. You are not only purchasing the reading (the main item), but you are also buying my time and energy. I cannot get those back- Keep in mind that I likely have many other people to do readings for as well. Although, I do accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Also, I will likely make an exception if I haven't sent you the reading yet (if it's been longer than 24 hours), which means I can refund you in that way as well if that's the case. If you are unhappy with your reading, please contact me and I will try my best to mend the situation!
Can you "read the future"?
IN REGARDS TO "READING THE FUTURE" - Please keep in mind that I read the current energies of the situation, so anything can change at any time. The cards can only give you a projection of the future; what I say is never set in stone. The future can always change. That is what makes life interesting: We can always change our destiny, but it can be unpredictable. Please remember this when leaving or changing a review; it may have been accurate in the moment I first read my cards for you, but that can definitely adjust differently. Vise-versa, it may not be accurate at first, but it's likely manifest for you eventually. Readings can take time to resonate.
