Payment
My shop accepts payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and Etsy Gift Cards.
Please remember, although you've clicked the "buy it now" button, it doesn't mean you've paid. You still have to complete the process. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.”
I know the Etsy checkout can be a little confusing but you make payment by logging into Etsy, go to 'your Etsy', 'purchases', 'receipt', and use the direct PayPal link over there.
I ship within 24-72 hours after CLEARED payment. Items will not be shipped until Etsy tells me that the payment has been made.
Shipping
I ship all my products discreetly in a water-resistant bubble mailer using Etsy’s USPS shipping. You will be notified automatically once I have shipped the item and you can track it via the tracking number you will be provided. Free basic USPS shipping with tracking is provided within the continental United States. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
If you wish to pay for insurance or faster shipping, please inquire before you make your purchase and you will be charged for the difference if I can accommodate your request.
I will automatically ship to the address given during Etsy checkout.
Packages typically take 3 to 7 days to be delivered once they have been posted based upon the whims of USPS transit.
Please refer to the tracking number and contact the post office in the event that a package shows delivered and you have not receive it in three days. If it is lost, you should file a report with the post office and make a stolen mail report with the police. Please contact me and let me know about the issue as well. I will work with you if further steps are needed. If a package is returned to me, I will contact you immediately.
Custom Orders
I love to make custom orders for my clients!
If you wish to change the type of clamp listed (tweezer to alligator or vice versa) please contact me before you place your order in case I need to create a custom order for you to purchase from the shop with a price change.
If you want something special created just for you, please contact me and once we have come to an agreement on all the specifics of the design on the special order, I will create a custom order for you in the shop. I will not begin work until the order has been paid for. Once I create the item to your specifications, I will take photos and send them to you via Etsy messages. If you wish to make any minor tweaks, please let me know within three days or I will ship the item as is to the Etsy address provided.
Special orders may take up to three weeks or more if I have to source special items I do not have in stock, but typical turnaround is about a week. I will let you know the estimated timeline during the design process.
Refunds and Exchanges
I’m sorry but at this time CrumpetsClips cannot accept refunds or exchanges, please purchase seriously.
Damage and Repairs
CrumpetsClips are meant for adornment and not for heavy play. Please do not pull on the charm itself as it is not made to withstand the stress of hard play, though I have taken great pains to make a product that will hold up over time. Do not attach chains to the charm itself, but to the special ring provided or to the bight of the tweezer clamps. If you purchase the chain with the clamps, I will ship the chain attached in the proper placement.
That said, sometimes accidents happen. I will be happy to fix the charms should the unfortunate happen! Contact me to make arrangements. Please be aware you must pay for all shipping to and from my workshop when repairs are needed. Make sure you provide all the pieces and send them together as I may not have replacement beads or charms.
