Hello! My name is Megs! I am a self-taught artist and graphic designer. I've always had a passion for art and design (despite the fact that I went to school for video production), and a few years ago I decided to make a career out of it.
At the end of 2015, I got my first "big-girl" job as an in-house Jr. Graphic Designer for a small company in Southern California. I had no clue what I was doing, but after three months (and some personnel changes), I ended up becoming Sr. Graphic Designer.
That job allowed for some amazing opportunities and I met some truly wonderful people, but it helped me realize that I wanted something different in my life. So, after being with the company for nearly three years, I decided to take the big, scary leap and quit my job to start working for myself.
Nowadays, I spend my time creating different design assets and resources for fellow designers and creatives. I specialize in making fonts, graphics, and seamless patterns, but I'm always up for learning something new.
While working for myself and being my own boss can be difficult at times, I have never been happier. Working for myself means I get to create all of the beautiful designs that I've been wanting to make for years, and then share them with other creatives around the world to use in their own work.
