What is printable art?
Printable art means no shipping just print, hang and save money! Printable art is the easiest and fastest way to decorate any space. It also makes a great gift for any occasion. Print the art online or have it printed onto canvas or even use your own printer to print them!
What kind of paper should I use?
We recommend heavyweight, matte photo paper or white satin. Available at office supply stores or online. In case you are using a printing service do not hesitate to ask them for their advice.
In which sizes will I receive my horizontal or vertical printables?
• 3:4 ratio file for printing:
Size in inch: 6x8, 9x12, 12x16, 15x20, 18x24, 21x28, 24x32
Size in cm: 15x20, 22x30, 30x40, 38x50, 45x60
• 4:5 ratio file for printing:
Size in inch: 4x5, 8x10, 12x15, 16x20, 20x25, 24x30
Size in cm: 10x12, 20x25, 28x35, 40x50, 60x75
• 2:3 ratio file for printing:
Size in inch: 4x6, 6x9, 8x12, 10x15, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36
Size in cm: 10x15, 20x30, 30x45, 40x60, 60x90
• ISO PaperSize file for printing:
A2, A3, A4, A5
Size in inch: 5x7, 10x14
Size in cm: 50x70

What will I receive when I buy a square size artwork?
You will receive the print(s) in square size (at least 8640 x 8640 pixels). You can use the square size to print all common sizes such as 4x4, 8x8, 10x10, 12x12 etc. The files ensure a high quality result for all common square sizes up to maximum 24x24INCH or 60x60CM.

Can I get a file size that is not listed?
Absolutely, but please contact us first before purchasing the artwork to ensure the size is available. After size confirmation, purchase the listing you like and we will send you your custom file size.
How can I download my files?
After your payment has been processed, you can instantly access the files at: http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases.
There are two other ways to download your files:
1. Go to your email and click on the link included.
2. Open your internet browser on your device and log into your Etsy account. Click on your profile picture and then click on 'purchases and reviews'
If you are checking out as a guest, you'll receive a link to download your purchase in the email that was sent to you after purchase.
Please note that you can't download files on the Etsy app on your mobile or tablet.
In case you are having any troubles downloading please contact us. We are more then happy to send you the files directly.
What if I purchase a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account?
If you are checking out as a guest, you'll receive a link to download your purchase in the email that was sent to you after purchase.
What can I do when I have troubles downloading / opening the files on my computer?
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file is corrupt, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact us through Etsy Conversations for further assistance.
In most cases you will receive a JPG file. However, in case the file is a .ZIP file and you can't open the file you can download one the following free software to unpack the ZIP file:
