Payment
Shipments are made once payment has been made effective. My Store accepts PayPal, credit card payment, etc ...
Shipping
- There are two shipping options available: Standard and tracked. By default, all orders are shipped via Correos Spain standard. They are properly packed to arrive at their destination safe and sound. International shipping can take at least 2 weeks, depending on the final destination. To choose the Tracked option, you have to select it in the Shipping tab in the shopping cart (just before to proceed to checkout).
- Tracked shipping is NOT faster than the standard one, it just has a number to track where the package is and includes a small insurance in case of getting lost in transit. Standard shipping can't be tracked.
- If you need a different type of shipping (urgent, express), just request it.
NOTICE:
Dear US buyers: sometimes shipments can be retained temporarily by US customs, so your orders can take 2 or 2 and a half week to arrive or even a month or more. Please be patient!!
