How flowers are packaged while delivering and after
Flowers are packed in cling film, some bubble wrap and a box.
After all we pay special attention to packaging and each stem is wrapped in a separate paper bag. If you find a stem that falls, it's okay because it is a dried flower. We promise that it will become your accent decoration in the house!
The item looks different from the picture
Each product is handmade. That is why the color and arrangement of flowers may vary a little bit because these are natural materials and customized work.
Shipping and delivery
I'm doing my best to wrap and secure all the items, however, I'm not responsible for any post office damages.
If the tracking number confirms that the package was delivered, the buyer is responsible for filling a claim with Usps. My responsibility as a Seller ends when the package is confirmed as delivered.
If the package is lost in transit, please contact me.

Service life and warranty
The service life of all products for decoration made of dried flowers is 3-5 years, depending on the conditions and composition. Warranty for bouquets from stabilized and dry flowers is up to 12 months. Due to the stabilization of flowers and plants, our bouquets will not lose their attractiveness for years.
