Shipping!?
Shipping on Etsy starts at $13 and will increase on the order size. As the weight of your package increases, price in shipping will also.
All orders are made fresh and then shipped with USPS Priority Mail 1-3 day shipping; the only shipping method other then express offered for perishable goods.

Gluten free/ vegan?
Currently during COVID19 we have removed all GF offerings from the website.
A handful of the flavors are offered in gluten free; please visit individual listings for the style drop down menu where you can select “MAKE ME GLUTEN FREE”. Vegan flavors are stated in the title name of the flavor “Vegan Friendly”
GLUTEN FREE: flour substitutions = gluten free flour, garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whole grain sorghum flour, Fava bean flour.

Coloring/Glitter
All of the food dyes used by DEES DELICIOUS DELIGHTS LLC are of strong intensity: what this means- your tongue, even your poop! may reflect the color of the dough, totally normal.
All of the Glitter is 100% non toxic and food grade safe. Once again the way the glitter goes in is the way the glitter comes out.
Releases?
We often do large product releases with new creative flavors, primarily Pro-Dough as well as some of our Glam Cookies!
Our releases have shown to sell out within minutes, if you don’t get what you wanted unfortunately it is what it is- thousands of items are prepared for these releases and all information is provided leading up to the release on Instagram.
We do our best after a release to get the orders out as fast as possible.
An address change fee of $5 will be applied if you need us to change the address after your purchase. So please check your shipping info.

My Pro-Dough was in the mail longer then expected ?!
We’ve done numerous tests: leaving Pro-Dough out at room temperature for extended periods of time; leaving a box in the mail across the country for 2 weeks- and the Pro-Dough was still fine upon opening it.
Use your own judgement these goods are perishable so when you open up your package; follow the white post card with instructions in the the box.
Smell and inspect the product if you have reason to believe it is “spoiled”
If your package has been in transit or lost within the postal system for more then 15 days you can file a claim with the USPS for a lost or stolen package.
Address Change/Switch Out Items
We do not accept any order ship date requests, we cannot accommodate requests on when an order will be shipped/received. If you are leaving for vacation and your order is scheduled to ship, contact a friend or relative to recover your package once it’s been delivered.
