Shipping and Delivery
PLEASE make sure you check your shipping information and it is correct before you place an order.
Shipping times vary depending on the item and are indicated in the description.
- The original paintings and illustrations will be shipped outside Italy within approximately 5 - 20 working days from receipt of payment. (PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times are due to the receipt of the authorizations of Superintendency for Cultural Heritage. The authorization is essential: it allows the artworks to be exported abroad. The painting will arrive at its destination without stopping at customs and / or economic sanctions).
Original paintings and illustrations for Italy shipped within approximately 5 days.
Refunds and replacements
Sales of original art and limited edition prints are final, because they are one of a kind artworks or a very limited edition.
I take care to package my work safely, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact right away or as soon as possible so we can figure out a solution that works for both of us. I want you to be happy with your purchase and my art.
