I provide proofs for approving for each custom order before the items are engraved or printed.

Please be noted that production time for custom engraved items is 1 - 8 business days since placing the order and additional 3 - 20 days are needed for the worldwide delivery.

Here are some estimated shipping time frames:
• USA 5 - 15 business days
• Australia 10 - 15 business days
• Canada 10 - 15 business days
• EU and Non-EU European countries 3 - 15 business

• Please be aware that shipping time during Christmas holidays might increase. It can take a few days longer than it takes during the year

In case your parcel got damaged by a postal carrier re-sending is guaranteed.

I use USPS, UPS, DHL-Express or Ukrainian Post to send your order.

You can track your orders directly on the USPS, UPS, DHL-Express or Ukrainian Post websites depending on which carrier had been used to ship your order.

Though all the items in our stock are brand new, they can have very minor defects straight from the manufacturer that are out of my control (very slight scratches on their surface).
When I select my stock, I inspect all items for leaks, rust, dents and other imperfections. I try minimize the amount that are present on items being sent out by rejecting many items with the imperfections before engraving or printing them.
All items come carefully packaged.
