You can check your Etsy receipt for the estimated ship and delivery date. Go to your purchases and look for the receipt from my shop.

The turnaround estimates depend on the item you’d like to purchase and your location.

All my art products are custom made. I aim to process all orders on the same day, however, the production/delivery time can take between 3-5 days (standard items) and up to 2 weeks for unique framed prints.

If you placed an order for a few items, they might not necessarily come in one package.

The quality of my made-to-order products is very important to me. Thus, I am using a few printing partners specialising in particular finishes or techniques. Because these companies have factories in different countries, my made-to-order designs may ship separately.

Your shipping confirmation email will show every piece in your order. However, it won’t reflect what’s in your first package.

To shorten the waiting time on your side, I aim to process all the orders on the same day.

If you would like to stop the order, please request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase.

All items in my shop are made to order with the help of my printing partners. Therefore, I don’t usually accept returns or exchanges unless the fault was mine or the business producing and fulfilling the order made an error.

However, customer satisfaction is my utmost priority, so please feel free to contact me if you have an issue with your item. I will do my best to solve the problem.
